2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number, location.
- Career information: CV, education, portfolio and GitHub links, work history, right-to-work status.
- Application activity: roles you applied for, interview feedback and notes from our consultants.
- Client contacts: name, role, employer and business contact details.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To match you with suitable entry-level and junior roles and introduce you to hiring teams.
- To provide recruitment services to client employers, including shortlists and interview coordination.
- To keep you informed about relevant opportunities where you have asked us to.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (providing recruitment services), consent (marketing and talent-pool inclusion), and legal obligation where applicable.
4. Sharing your data
We share candidate details with prospective employers only where you have agreed to a specific introduction. We also use trusted service providers for email, applicant tracking and website hosting, who process data on our instructions only. We never sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Candidate records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your record sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your record or restriction of its use.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Request your data in a portable format.

7. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and vetted suppliers to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as identity documents by email unless we ask for it through a secure channel.
